EXERCISE! I need me some.
Yes. I just said I needed exercise, after posting a picture of an alcoholic beverage with the plans of getting wasted. lol. But seriously, I think I do. Recently, ive been such a lazy ass. Easily getting tired and sleepy. I would eat anything in sight. And by midnight, i’d be wide awake @.@ I was so disciplined with my eating habits, sleep, everything last summer when me and my friends were jogging and training 3 times a week. I miss the body aches after the first few days and the desire to push your body further when you get the hang of it. I miss sleeping early and waking up at 6 or 7 in the morning, not because I have to but because my body automatically does. Haha:)
I need to start now, so by December, my body will be ready for all the festivities. (Yes, i’m booked from the first of December to the 31st) And I need the abs by next summer. Niahahahaha:)
